Role Description The Frontend Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features for the hospital’s web applications and digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role in the Trichy Area involves building responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring accessibility and usability across devices and browsers. The developer will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, well-structured code. Day-to-day tasks include implementing UI components, troubleshooting and resolving frontend issues, updating existing pages and applications, and contributing to improvements in the overall digital experience for patients, staff, and the community.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design to create user-friendly, accessible interfaces.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Development and Software Development to build, maintain, and optimize web applications.
Candidates should possess skills related to Back-End Web Development to effectively collaborate with backend teams and integrate APIs.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern frameworks or libraries (such as React, Vue, or Angular).
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing web solutions for healthcare or other regulated environments is an advantage.
