We're Hiring: Senior Full Stack Software Developer (6–8 Years) | BOS
BOS (Business Operating System) is building an AI-native platform for the next generation of enterprise software. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to take on a high-ownership engineering role, working directly with the founder to shape our architecture and technical direction.
Location: Chennai, India (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 6–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and scale complex full-stack applications
- Own critical modules end-to-end and drive technical design decisions
- Lead code reviews and set engineering standards
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into scalable solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 6–8 years of experience building and scaling production software
- Deep expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Strong backend experience with Python and FastAPI
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL at scale
- Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based application development is an advantage
