Position Summary
As a Field Supervisor for HVAC Installs at Airo Mechanical, you will play a pivotal role in our install execution process. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the labor force, inspection call ins, install quality, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of installs.
Provide technical guidance and support to the labor force as necessary.
Ensure the installs meet quality requirements.
Provide ancillary support for warranty and specific service calls when necessary.
Ensure a positive customer experience for the install process.
Collaborate with sales, PM’s, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Be eager and willing to collaborate with all levels of job duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications::
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
Proficiency in software and tools (e.g., Sales Force, Excel, Office products).
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
Frequently remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Frequently makes substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Frequently moves and raises materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
Frequently communicates with the public (e.g., potential clients, job candidates, vendors) via phone, email, and in-person, as well as colleagues, on assigned tasks and projects.
