Role Description This full-time Corporate Recruiter role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment data, prepare offer letters, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with HR and leadership to meet workforce planning goals. In addition, the Corporate Recruiter will help improve recruitment processes, track hiring metrics, and promote Global Opportunities’ employer brand in the talent market.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in corporate recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networking platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a professional candidate experience.
Well-developed organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Understanding of HR best practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruiting standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience recruiting in the education, consulting, or services sector is preferred, along with familiarity with the study abroad domain.
