Company Description High Value Edge is a boutique investment banking and growth advisory firm focused on helping mid-market and semi-large companies scale, merge, acquire or exit.
Role Description Hotel Acquisition and Funding Consultants will work with mid-size hotel operators and help them build the growth projection, secure equity financing and source investors/ buyers / strategic partners. In this remote role, consultants will advise the owners-operators about their options, prepare a strong case to stand the diligence process, and support end-to-end transaction execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a strong network of influence with Hotel operators built over the years.
Experience with leasing, acquisitions is essential. Experience with funding will be an added advantage.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentation development, and negotiation support.
Candidates should possess consulting skills, including problem-solving, strategic advisory, and client-facing project delivery.
Candidates should possess program management capabilities to coordinate multiple transactions, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in hotel investment, real estate finance, or mid-market M&A will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with capital raising structures, deal documentation, and due diligence processes will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, coordinate meetings within realistic timelines and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
