Mid-Level Software Engineer — Full Stack (Backend Heavy)
Experience: 3+ Years
Team: Product & Growth
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
About the Role
We’re looking for a backend-focused software engineer to build scalable APIs, product features, growth experiments, and data-driven systems.
Key Skills
Strong backend experience with Python / Node.js / TypeScript / Golang
Strong SQL & relational database knowledge
Hands-on experience with Kafka / event-driven systems
Experience with Docker & Linux
Understanding of APIs, microservices & system design
Good DSA and debugging skills
Basic/intermediate React.js knowledge
Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure and CI/CD is a plus
What We’re Looking For
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a environment
Ability to build, deploy, debug, and improve production systems
