Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative assistant to help fill product templates, including magazines, books, and other custom designs. The role involves working with pre-designed templates, adding client-specific information, and ensuring all content is accurate, visually appealing, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
• Populate templates (magazines, books, event materials) with provided content
• Confidently use Canva to design and edit layouts
• Utilize AI tools for content creation and refinement
• Ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with brand standards
• Manage deadlines and maintain clear communication
• Perform light creative tasks to enhance client projects
Requirements
• Proficiency in Canva — able to create and edit designs without step-by-step guidance
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and writing support
• Strong spelling, grammar, and formatting skills
• Tech-savvy, with a laptop and reliable internet connection
• Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Creative mindset and understanding of visual branding
