Role Description The Structural Engineer role at Adinath Poly Plast Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design calculations for polycarbonate sheet applications and related support systems, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Typical responsibilities include reviewing project requirements, preparing and checking engineering drawings, using CAD tools to develop structural designs, and collaborating with production, quality, and sales teams to align engineering solutions with customer needs. The role involves evaluating material specifications, optimizing designs for durability and cost-effectiveness, and providing technical guidance during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The Structural Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and coordination with external stakeholders such as contractors and consultants.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial and building applications.
Proficiency in Structural Analysis and related design calculations to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant structures.
Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, reviewing, and modifying structural drawings and models.
Relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor’s or higher), with practical experience in industrial or building projects.
Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and materials behavior, preferably including experience with polycarbonate or similar materials.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, prepare clear documentation, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
Familiarity with structural design software and basic project management practices; prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
