Position
We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Business Analyst (ServiceNow) 0,5FTE for our client from the healthcare industry.
Offered salary
Salary: from 300 to 400 PLN net/day ( 4 hour working), depending on experience and competences.
You’re ideal for this role if you:
3–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation environments
Strong Experience In Requirements Engineering And Stakeholder Management
Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems, integrations and stakeholders
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience working with product backlogs
Experience in large, international organizations
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work with ambiguity
Fluent English
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience or familiarity with ServiceNow
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Supporting the Product Owner in gathering and refining requirements
Eliciting requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Analyzing, documenting and breaking down business requirements
Creating and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria
Managing and refining the product backlog together with the development team
Facilitating backlog refinement sessions
Collaborating with UX designers on user flows and wireframes
Reviewing UX deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements
Documenting system functionalities and business rules
Maintaining functional specifications and system documentation
Facilitating stakeholder workshops and documenting key outcomes
