The Role: Product Intern – Customer Experience
You’ll join the Customer Experience Product team and work on initiatives that make every interaction with Upstox simpler, faster, and more seamless.
This is a hands-on, 0→1 product role where you’ll work across customer research, product discovery, data analysis, PRDs, wireframes, experimentation and execution.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to understand customer problems, identify opportunities and translate insights into meaningful product experiences.
You won’t just observe the product-building process — you’ll get the opportunity to research, create, experiment and ship.
