This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistant Director, School of Health, Wellness & Human Services based in United States.
This role focuses on strengthening student success, retention, belonging, and degree completion within a higher education environment. You’ll serve as a success navigator for an assigned cohort, providing consistent outreach, individualized support, and proactive intervention throughout students’ academic journeys. The position combines case management, advising, engagement programming, career preparation, and community partnership. You’ll work closely with faculty, advisors, student services, families, and community organizations to address academic, social, and economic barriers.
