MIS Executive – Kochi
Tattva Fincorp Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Kochi.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, analyzing business data, monitoring branch performance, and supporting management with accurate reports and dashboards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for Sales, Collections, Operations, and Portfolio performance.
- Generate reports related to Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, and other financial products.
- Analyze business data and provide meaningful insights to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with branches for data collection and ensure report accuracy.
- Maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Prepare productivity and target achievement reports.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports and compliance-related data.
- Monitor portfolio performance, overdue accounts, and collection efficiency.
- Support audit and operational reporting requirements.
- Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, and MIS Dashboards.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of NBFC operations will be an added advantage.
🔹 Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel/Data Analytics is preferred.
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Finance, or Microfinance.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously.
