We’re Hiring: Architect | 1–3 Years Experience

At PRAMAN CONSTRUCTIONS, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll be involved in projects from concept to completion, including:
✔️ Developing concept designs, plans, elevations & detailed drawings
✔️ Preparing and coordinating GFC drawings for site execution
✔️ Working directly with clients, consultants, engineers & contractors
✔️ Visiting sites and solving real-time design & execution challenges
✔️ Coordinating with vendors and site teams to ensure quality and timely execution
✔️ Ensuring the final built space reflects the design intent
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture compulsorily
• Has 1–3 years of experience in residential architecture and project coordination
• Is confident with AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Suite & MS Office is preferred
• Understands construction detailing, materials and site execution
• Has good communication and client-handling skills
• Can take ownership, solve problems and work independently
• Most importantly — has a passion for architecture beyond just making drawings
