IT Project Manage

Role Description The IT Project Manager at SD Recursos Humanos will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. In this part-time remote role, the IT Project Manager will define project objectives and requirements, create and manage project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress through regular status updates and reports. This position will collaborate with technical support teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The IT Project Manager will also facilitate team meetings, track action items, and continuously improve project management processes and documentation.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Information Technology, with the ability to understand systems, applications, and infrastructure relevant to project delivery.
Experience providing Technical Support, including proactive issue identification and Troubleshooting to minimize project disruption.
Demonstrated Team Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration in remote environments.
Strong project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms).
Proven ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are considered an advantage.
