Position - Legal Executive
Experience- 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Qualification - LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university; Bar Council enrollment preferred

Location - Corporate Office / Project Location, as required
Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day legal support to the Company in corporate, contractual, service, labour, recovery and dispute-related matters, including legal drafting, contract review, employee/service matters, coordination with external advocates, and support in legal cases.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and revise agreements, contracts, undertakings, declarations, affidavits, legal notices, replies, letters and other legal documents.
Draft and review commercial agreements, service agreements, vendor agreements, work orders, consultancy agreements and other business contracts.
Handle service and employee-related legal matters, including show-cause notices, charge sheets, disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiry documentation and separation-related matters.
Provide support on labour and employment laws, including PF, ESIC, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages and Industrial Relations matters.
Review contractual terms and identify legal risks relating to payment, liability, indemnity, penalties, termination, warranty, insurance and dispute resolution.
Prepare demand notices, recovery notices, claim letters, replies and other correspondence relating to recovery and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with company advocates, external legal counsel and legal consultants for ongoing legal cases, notices, disputes and court/tribunal matters.
Collect and organize documents, facts, evidence and records required for legal cases and provide necessary support to external counsel.
Maintain and update records of litigation, legal notices, contracts, claims, agreements and other legal matters with proper follow-up.
Assist in civil, commercial, labour, service, contractual, recovery and arbitration-related matters.
Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws, rules, notifications, circulars and judgments relevant to the Company's operations.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Commercial, Contracts, Procurement, Project and other departments on legal matters.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on legal experience in a corporate, law firm, EPC, infrastructure, construction, power or similar organization.
Strong knowledge of legal drafting and contract review.
Working knowledge of Contract Law, Labour & Employment Law, Company Law, Civil Law, Arbitration and applicable commercial laws.
Practical exposure to employee/service matters and labour law-related issues.
Experience in legal notices, recovery matters and coordination with advocates/external counsel.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong documentation, research, analytical and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred Exposure
Experience in EPC / infrastructure / power / electrical / construction projects.
Exposure to client, contractor, subcontractor or vendor disputes.
Understanding of project contracts, work orders, payment terms, penalties, indemnity, termination and dispute-resolution clauses.
