Bharat Sparkline Energy Ltd. (BSL), Nashik is expanding its MV business and looking for an accomplished Senior Marketing Professional who can take ownership of market development and revenue growth.
We are looking for professional who can--
🔹 Drive business for 11kV / 22kV / 33kV MV products & Control and Relay Panels
🔹 Develop business with Utilities, EPCs, Industries & Infrastructure companies
🔹 Build relationships with key decision-makers, consultants and procurement teams
🔹 Identify tenders, projects and strategic opportunities across India
🔹 Convert relationships and opportunities into sustainable order pipelines
Who We Want
✅ 10–20 years of experience in MV Switchgear / Electrical Distribution Equipment.
✅ experience in handling sales with MSEDCL/ MSETCL.
✅ Strong industry relationships and market intelligence.
✅ Demonstrated success in winning substantial orders.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
✅ Professionals from established switchgear/power-equipment manufacturers are encouraged to apply.

📍 Base: Nashik, Maharashtra
