TCS Pan India hiring for Legal Associate !!!!!
Role: Legal Associate
Experience required: 2 to 5 years
Location:- Pan India
Required Technical Skillset:-
· Contract Review · Contract Drafting · Contract Management · Data Privacy Law · Export Law
Must Have Skills:-
· Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB · Legal Research & Analysis
· Communication Skills
· Data Privacy & Compliance Knowledge
· Sanctions, Export Control, and Regulatory Compliance awareness.
Role Description:-
Review and draft Legal Document including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), SaaS Agreement, Statements of Work (SoW) and Vendor Agreement
Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation strategies
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, addendums and renewals
Review and draft Data Protection related documents including Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement
Review and draft Export Control Compliance Documents for products and services in line with applicable regulations.
