Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Pune, is for a Senior Data Engineer. The individual will design, develop, and manage data pipelines and integrations as part of the data engineering team. This includes tasks such as building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data storage frameworks, and analytics solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for various projects.
Qualifications
Experience in Data Engineering and building scalable data solutions
Strong understanding of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
Expertise with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and associated tools
Proficiency in Data Analytics to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or tools for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Familiarity with cloud data platforms and big data technologies is an added advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant experience in data engineering
