Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Intern at EuRide India. The Operations Intern will assist in daily logistics coordination, including tracking shipments, updating internal systems, and ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders. The role involves supporting operations management activities such as monitoring performance metrics, identifying process bottlenecks, and helping implement improvements. The intern will contribute to basic project management tasks, prepare reports, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows. The position provides hands-on exposure to modern logistics operations and the opportunity to learn best practices in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor operational performance, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, external partners, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Operations Management skills to support order processing, customer inquiries, and daily logistics activities.
Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to help plan, organize, and track small operational initiatives.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, project tracking tools) is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations; coursework or prior internship experience in related fields is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
