Director, CPG Partnerships

This role leads the development of strategic partnerships with major consumer packaged goods companies, with a strong focus on originating new commercial opportunities. You will build executive-level relationships, develop a high-value partnership pipeline, and negotiate programs that create measurable value for both consumers and brand partners. The position centers on brand-funded offers, discounts, cashback promotions, product launches, sampling, and shopper marketing initiatives. You will operate in a highly external, relationship-driven environment with significant autonomy and commercial ownership. Success will depend on your ability to open doors, structure compelling agreements, and turn strategic relationships into recurring business. The role also offers an opportunity to help establish a new growth channel within a fast-moving fintech and commerce environment.
