Executive - RM Config
This team oversees end-to-end system configuration for the airline. Their mandate covers the setup and governance of fares, product offerings, ancillaries, codeshare arrangements, and other commercial parameters essential for enabling flight sales across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and uphold effective configuration management protocols.
Tailor system configurations to align with business needs and functional specifications.
Collaborate across departments to implement changes seamlessly and minimize operational impact.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure intended outcomes and system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all configuration activities.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Graduate in a relevant field, with 0-1 year of hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
In-depth knowledge of the Navitaire Passenger Service System (PSS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Solid understanding of fare filing processes using Sky Fare.
Tool & System Expertise (Preferred)
Hands on experience with Navitaire tools including:
Utilities
NDP
Sky Fare
Sky Speed
Go Now
Sky Schedule
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Practical working experience with:
Python – automation, validation, data checks
JSON – configuration structures and data handling
SQL – querying, analysis, and troubleshooting
