Team Leader – HDFC Life | Barrackpore
HDFC Life is looking for motivated professionals to join our team as a Team Leader for our Barrackpore location.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in insurance, banking, financial services, sales, relationship management, business development, or team handling. Suitable freshers with strong communication and leadership potential may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, guide and manage a team of professionals
• Recruit and develop suitable team members
• Generate and develop business through effective sales and relationship-building activities
• Support team members in achieving business objectives
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular team follow-ups, meetings and performance reviews
• Identify new business opportunities and develop professional networks
• Provide training, guidance and motivation to team members
What We Look For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team-management ability
• Sales, business development or relationship-management experience is an advantage
• Candidates from insurance, banking, financial services and other sales-oriented backgrounds are welcome
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also be considered
• Higher Secondary (HS) or above
Compensation & Opportunity
₹25,000 – ₹42,000 per month, depending on profile, experience and applicable compensation structure.
Working hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
