ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a 3-month paid internship offering hands-on exposure to real-world construction and real estate projects. Interns will gain in-depth practical experience under the mentorship of industry experts while contributing to ongoing developments in commercial, residential, and retail (mall) infrastructure projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of on-site construction activities across multiple project types.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and monitor project progress for adherence to timelines and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, progress reports, and documentation.
• Support cost estimation, budget tracking, and resource management.
• Identify potential risks during execution and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory standards, and environmental guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other civil engineering tools (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Location: Bangalore (On-site at various project locations)
