Role Description The Technology Intern role at INNERWISE GLOBAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the intern will support the development and maintenance of technology solutions that power the InnerWise app, assisting with software updates, feature testing, and basic troubleshooting. The intern will collaborate with product and engineering teams to document requirements, analyze user feedback, and contribute to process improvements. Daily tasks include conducting technical research, preparing reports, supporting small projects, and assisting in the coordination of cross-functional initiatives. The role offers exposure to real-world technology operations and product workflows in a growing digital well-being company.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support technology and product decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical information.
Foundational knowledge in information technology, including basic software, systems, or app-related concepts.
Ability to assist with project management activities such as task tracking, documentation, and coordination.
Research skills to gather technical and product-related information, benchmark solutions, and summarize findings.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in digital health, well-being technologies, or AI-based applications.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
