About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable handling multiple requirements across IT and Non-IT functions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS/MIS, and daily recruitment reports.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
🔹 Desired Skills
2–5 years of experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
Prior experience in agency/consulting recruitment will be an advantage.
