Product Manager - WOW

Take full responsibility and ownership of the product, from inception to production
Play a key role in the process of building our strategy and roadmap
Own the product’s lifecycle—market research, user research, BI, scope, KPIs, and development process
Work closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, UX, developers, and designers
Conduct user data analysis and usability tests to continually improve the product
Define and execute the product roadmap for key capabilities and components of Wix platforms
Craft product strategies and write product requirements, including developer-oriented specifications
Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on vision and strategy
Prioritize work based on inputs from stakeholders and be flexible to iterate and adapt as needed
Strategize to scale the product across different user contexts, from regional differences to device variances
Lead the successful launch of complex, user-facing products to millions of users
3+ years of experience building consumer-facing visual and design products
Passion for visuals, with a love for outstanding design products
Strong attention to detail, both in terms of user experience and technical nuances
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis
Excellent design instincts and an empathetic approach to customer development
Technical skills to build scalable infrastructures and platforms (advantageous)
Independent and self-driven, while also comfortable brainstorming and collaborating with colleagues
Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of solving complex challenges in collaboration with diverse teams
Agile mindset with a love for solving problems and adapting to constant changes
