How our business works
Tech companies come to us when they need senior engineers. They send us an open role, such as “Senior React developer for our payments team.” Our recruiters find strong candidates, and we send the best ones to the client to interview. Every candidate goes through our rigorous technical screening before a client ever sees them. That screening is the core of the value we deliver to our client partners: they save weeks of interviewing because they only meet engineers who can already do the job.
The hard part isn't finding developers. It's knowing which ones are truly great, and getting busy client tech leads to interview them and decide quickly. That's where you come in.
You'll:
Lead our recruiting team: coach recruiters on what great engineers look like and keep every open role moving.
Be the technical judge: interview candidates yourself before we send them to clients, so only strong engineers get through.
Talk engineer to engineer with clients: work directly with CTOs and tech leads to understand what they need, get their feedback on candidates, and help them make hiring decisions.
Build our AI recruiting tools: create tools that help us find, screen, and match engineers faster, and get the team using them.
You have:
7+ years of engineering experience (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, cloud)
Hands-on experience building with AI tools
Fluent English and Spanish
The drive to follow up with people and push decisions forward
Pay:
$4,500 base plus up to $2,000 in monthly bonuses, earned when clients hire engineers your team found. Fully remote contractor role, US Eastern hours.
