Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Sales Officer/Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager focused on DSA (Direct Selling Agent) business. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing DSA partners, driving loan sales volumes, and maintaining strong working relationships with channel stakeholders. The team member will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead follow-up, pipeline management, and coordination with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing. Responsibilities include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitoring performance metrics of DSAs, and implementing local sales strategies to grow Finnable’s presence in the location.
Candidates must possess experience in DSA market. Early joiners would be preffered.
