About the Company
GVK EMRI Green Health Services operates emergency ambulance services under the 108 and 112 emergency response systems, providing emergency medical and response support across Chhattisgarh. The organization works closely with field teams, emergency response personnel and operational units to ensure smooth and timely emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for field and support staff.
Conduct sourcing through job portals, references, local recruitment drives and field-level hiring.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and selection.
Coordinate joining, documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly MIS.
Coordinate with operational teams to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.
Support recruitment drives across different locations/districts of Chhattisgarh.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain proper recruitment and employee documentation.
Coordinate with HR and operations teams for manpower deployment and joining requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: MBA.
Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
Freshers with relevant HR/recruitment knowledge may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field recruitment and travelling for recruitment drives when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
