IT Project Coordinator

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in coordinating multiple active projects and keeping day-to-day activities organized and on track. You will serve as a key communication point for clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring everyone has clear information about timelines, scope, and next steps. The role combines project administration, scheduling, documentation, and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment. You will help identify delays, blockers, and outstanding actions before they become larger issues. While technical expertise is not required, strong organization, accountability, and client communication are essential.
