Job Summary
We are hiring an Active Directory L2 Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
The candidate will be responsible for enterprise-level L2 support, troubleshooting authentication and infrastructure issues, managing hybrid identity environments, and ensuring incidents are resolved within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, OUs and permissions.
Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) issues.
Troubleshoot AD authentication, login, account lockout and replication issues.
Provide L2 support for Windows Server environments.
Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP and LDAP services.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including users, groups, roles and access.
Support Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity environments.
Support MFA and Conditional Access.
Handle L2 incidents and service requests within defined SLA/ITSM processes.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues.
Collaborate with L1/L3, Cloud, Security and Infrastructure teams.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
Use PowerShell for basic administration and troubleshooting tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
