About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team and work on end-to-end NetSuite implementation and consulting projects for international clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, excellent functional knowledge across core ERP processes, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
This role will involve working across multiple industries and business environments, with opportunities to contribute to complex implementations, integrations, optimization initiatives, and client-facing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, identify requirements, and recommend appropriate NetSuite solutions.
Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications and NetSuite configurations.
Configure and implement NetSuite modules and functionality based on client business requirements.
Demonstrate strong functional expertise across:
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Design-to-Build (D2B)
Lead or contribute to implementations involving one or more of the following areas:
Advanced Inventory
Work Orders & Assemblies
WIP & Routing
Demand Planning
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Work with technical teams on integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, including e-commerce platforms, shipping solutions, 3PL/logistics systems, and other business applications.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
Support system testing, UAT, data migration, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
Conduct client training and knowledge-transfer sessions where required.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, and other implementation team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide functional guidance and support during post-go-live stabilization and optimization.
Participate in client meetings and communicate project requirements, progress, risks, and solutions effectively.
Travel onsite across North America when required by the client or project.
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience as a NetSuite Consultant, preferably with a NetSuite Partner or NetSuite Professional Services (PS) organization.
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation and configuration.
Proven track record of delivering 6–8 or more end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
Strong functional knowledge and implementation experience across:
Record-to-Report
Order-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Design-to-Build
Strong implementation experience in at least three of the following areas:
Advanced Inventory
Work Orders & Assemblies
WIP & Routing
Demand Planning
WMS
Experience working with third-party integrations, particularly e-commerce, shipping, 3PL/logistics, or other external business applications, will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map them effectively to NetSuite functionality.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills.
Ability to independently manage functional responsibilities within implementation projects.
Comfortable working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel onsite across North America when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with North American clients.
Experience in multi-subsidiary or multi-location NetSuite environments.
Experience with complex manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or e-commerce implementations.
NetSuite certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience working in a NetSuite Partner environment or on large-scale implementation projects.
Familiarity with SuiteCloud capabilities and working with technical/engineering teams is a plus.
