Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, documenting client interactions, and supporting sales presentations and product demonstrations. The intern will help prepare marketing materials, contribute to campaign execution, and gather market insights to support sales strategies. The role also involves responding to basic customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in both sales operations and marketing support within a professional services environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic sales reporting.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to quickly learn service offerings and explain them clearly to prospects.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and market research techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with CRM or data entry systems.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in professional services, technology-led solutions, and building a career in sales and marketing.
