Role Description The Store Incharge role at UMSL is a full-time, on-site position based in Nabarangpur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements. The Store Incharge maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and coordinates with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Daily tasks include supervising loading and unloading activities, organizing storage areas, implementing loss prevention measures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves addressing internal stakeholder needs, preparing regular stock and consumption reports, and supporting audits and inspections of store operations.

Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to effectively support internal stakeholders and project teams.
Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with site, procurement, and management teams.
Candidates should possess store management skills, including inventory control, documentation, and organization of materials.
Candidates should possess retail loss prevention skills to minimize shrinkage, maintain accurate stock, and ensure secure handling of materials.
Relevant experience in store or warehouse management, ideally in EPC, infrastructure, or construction projects.
Ability to use basic computer applications and inventory management systems for record-keeping and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
