Role Description The Sr Manager – Projects is a full-time, on-site role based Pan india , responsible for leading multiple projects from planning to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project objectives, developing schedules and budgets, allocating resources, and overseeing execution to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing contractors and vendors, reviewing technical documentation, and monitoring progress against milestones. The Sr Manager – Projects will regularly report on project performance, address risks and issues, support cost control initiatives, and drive process improvements. The position also requires direct client interaction to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Demonstrated project management experience in construction, execution and cordination of interior fit outs of auditoriums, cinemas, home theatres, offices, recording studios, food courts, MPH halls and related turnkey project environments.
Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications).
Sound understanding of contracts, vendor management, procurement processes, and quality assurance practices.
Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices for on-site project execution.
Proven capability to work independently, make informed decisions, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
