Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager / Building Design Consultant to lead architectural design, building planning, technical coordination, and project delivery across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept development through project completion.
Develop building design solutions that meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Manage design coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
Resolve design and construction-related technical issues.
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
Support planning approvals, permits, and project submissions.
Manage design schedules, deliverables, and project priorities.
Lead and mentor architectural and design team members.
Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in architectural design, building design, or architectural consultancy.
Strong knowledge of building design, construction methods, and relevant regulations.
Experience with commercial, residential, mixed-use, or large-scale projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Strong design coordination, project management, and communication skills.
Professional architectural registration or relevant certification is an advantage.
