Sr. Manager, Organic & AI Acquisition

This senior growth role owns the strategy and execution of organic and AI-driven acquisition across a multi-market healthcare organization.
You will be accountable for growing non-paid new member acquisition and reducing reliance on paid channels through sustainable growth systems.
The scope spans organic search, AI visibility, content strategy and operations, reputation, earned media, local presence, and brand governance.
You will build scalable content infrastructure, measurement frameworks, workflows, and operating systems that compound over time.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in emerging areas such as AI search visibility and generative engine optimization.
You will lead a direct report and distributed specialist partners while collaborating closely with Marketing, Clinical, Analytics, Technology, and other teams.
