Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator based in Canada.
This fully remote contract role supports the coordination and smooth execution of recruitment activities for a large technology organization.
You’ll manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and essential hiring documentation throughout the recruiting process.
The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple processes moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience at every stage.
Confidentiality and accuracy will be critical when handling candidate information, offers, resumes, and other sensitive materials.
You’ll also contribute ideas and improvements that help make recruiting processes more consistent and efficient.
This six-month opportunity is well suited to an experienced recruiting coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
