Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team and help build the Hoola Health brand across digital and offline platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual design, typography, composition, and branding, along with hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other brand collaterals.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns.
Create illustrations, icons, layouts, and other visual assets.
Maintain consistency across Hoola Health's brand communication.
Work closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to understand creative briefs.
Adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats.
Support offline branding requirements for Hoola Health clinics and events.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
Stay updated with current design trends, typography, layouts, and visual communication styles.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
Ability to convert concepts and briefs into compelling visual designs.
Good understanding of social media and digital content design.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Basic knowledge of Figma.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Experience in branding and campaign design.
Experience working with consumer, healthcare, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
