You're an experienced private-markets salesperson who's tired of building a book from scratch on someone else's terms. We have a 1000+ actively deploying client book that's underworked, a 50,000+ investor database, SDRs booking qualified meetings every week, live diligenced mandates, and a compliance framework already in place. You're paid a share of our fee on every deal you settle, with a materially higher share on investors you bring in yourself. That's the offer.
Who we are
Sustainable Wealth Group is a Mayfair private markets investor marketing firm. We've introduced over £27m into private equity, EIS-qualifying and growth-stage companies in the last two years across sustainability, technology, health, energy, and consumer. The founder has placed £200m+ personally over a decade in EIS and private markets. Current mandates range from pre-revenue deep-tech with signed commercial partners to later-stage businesses with institutional co-investors.
How it works
Self-employed. You contract through your own limited company or as a sole trader, set your own hours and work where you like. A Mayfair desk is available on a licence if you want one.
Paid monthly on settled, cleared revenue. No joining fee, no clawback on your own originations.
Two commission tiers: a house rate on leads we supply (database, SDR-booked meetings, marketing) and a significantly higher rate on investors you originate, plus a quarterly accelerator once your production passes a set threshold. Full terms shared at first conversation.
What that means in practice: our top producers each introduced £800k–£1.5m last year, and at our current rates, that volume pays a high five- to six-figure annual commission. Results depend entirely on what you settle; nothing is guaranteed.

What we need from you
A track record placing unlisted, EIS, VCT or alternative investments with HNW or sophisticated investors
Investor relationships you can work now, or a proven ability to build them fast
Discipline on compliance: you certify investor status before you present, and you use approved materials only
Comfortable on a results-only basis - this is not a salaried job and there is no retainer
