Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IRM Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architecture to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable and enterprise-grade Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
Design enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks using ServiceNow IRM modules.
Architect and implement Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management solutions.
Define solution architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices across ServiceNow implementations and platform capabilities.
Design integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
Drive solution design workshops, architecture reviews, technical governance, and deployment planning.
Mentor development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support estimations, solutioning, RFP responses, and presales initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM Architecture.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM implementations.
Deep knowledge of:
Risk Management
Policy & Compliance Management
Audit Management
Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Regulatory Change Management
Business Continuity Management
Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Control frameworks.
Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Third-Party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
