Marketing Operations Associate (Gurugram) - (Contractual)

Based in Gurugram on a hybrid work model, as an Operations Associate – Marketing & Sales you will drive marketplace compliance and marketing excellence across our network. You will be the central thread connecting regional teams, Marketing Managers, and ground operations partners — ensuring listing accuracy across major OTAs such as redBus and AbhiBus, coordinating offline marketing operations, and turning travel-partner data into recommendations that improve our search rankings. Beyond follow-ups, you will make sure critical initiatives are tracked, actioned, and closed on time.
About the role
Coordinate with regional teams and travel partners to drive marketing initiatives and ensure listing compliance.
Track and monitor inventory across online travel agents (OTAs), highlighting gaps or delays proactively.
Cross-verify operator-level data from travel partners and establish protocols to prevent recurring errors.
Maintain listing hygiene and identify the actions needed to improve search rankings and visibility across major OTA platforms.
Collaborate across Distribution, Marketing Managers, and OTA partners to ensure accountability and adherence to timelines.
Support the seamless execution of offline marketing initiatives by liaising with ground operations and internal managers.
Escalate overdue actions and unresolved compliance issues to the relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Independently sustain ongoing compliance and marketing operations across the network.
About You
1–2 years of experience in marketplace management, marketing operations, or project coordination.
Strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High ownership to drive action items to closure, with timely escalations to stakeholders and without needing constant follow-up.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data reporting and tracker management.
The ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives while staying organised under competing priorities.
A proactive, collaborative mindset — coordinating across multiple sources, spotting issues early, and conducting root-cause analysis.
Experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
Hands-on experience with automation tools or AI-powered solutions to streamline processes.
