As a Documents Voice and Chat Specialist, you will provide frontline support to workers through phone, chat, and email while reviewing and processing sensitive documentation. You will play an important role in maintaining document accuracy, compliance, safety, and marketplace quality. The position combines customer communication with detailed document validation and structured issue resolution.
