💡 What You’ll Be Working On
As an AI & Retrieval Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI-powered solutions that combine LLMs, retrieval systems, knowledge bases, and intelligent agents.
Your work will include:
Developing intelligent AI applications using Python
Building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Designing and implementing vector databases and semantic retrieval systems
Developing embeddings and semantic search solutions
Building AI workflows and applications using LangChain / LangGraph
Developing and integrating AI agents
Applying effective prompt engineering techniques
Working on document processing and knowledge retrieval
Integrating AI solutions with external/internal APIs
Evaluating and improving the accuracy, relevance, and performance of AI systems
Contributing to the development of scalable knowledge platforms and retrieval-based applications

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
3–5 years of relevant industry experience
Strong programming skills in Python
Practical experience building LLM-powered applications
Good understanding of RAG architectures and information retrieval
Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and/or LangGraph
Experience developing or integrating AI agents and intelligent workflows
Strong understanding of document processing and knowledge management
Ability to integrate AI models and applications through APIs
A problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for working with emerging AI technologies
