Role Description The Java Trainer role at Ducat India is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver Java courses, including core Java, advanced Java, and related frameworks, through structured lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, updating curriculum with the latest Java and related technology trends, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The Java Trainer will mentor students, support them with doubt-clearing sessions, and guide them on industry best practices and coding standards. The role also involves collaborating with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with market requirements and help learners become job-ready.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming, and Java SE, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.
Hands-on experience with advanced Java topics such as Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and related tools and frameworks.
Practical experience in software development, including version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools, and basic database concepts (SQL/ORM).
Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience, with skills in instructional design, classroom management, and learner engagement.
Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse learner groups.
Ability to create and evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments, and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Java certifications (e.g., Oracle Java) are an advantage.
Strong problem-solving mindset, patience, and enthusiasm for guiding learners toward successful IT careers.
