Job Description
This role is for the support of the execution of site EXIM logistics activities and assist in ensuring the on-time delivery of goods.
Responsibilities: -
Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
Liason with Govt. Authorities & Agencies to ensure site specific approvals and permissions from EOU, Customs, Central Excise, MEPZ.
EOU LOP & B-17 Bond Renewal (next block of 5 years).
To ensure smooth out bond & inbound domestic logistics operations at Site.
Provide guidance on Dangerous Goods Regulations and ensure Periodic review of Systems and Process.
Obtain MEIS refund / reimbursement claim sanctions.
Choosing right agent, to support & providing optimum freight charges for International & Domestic movement of goods.
Maintaining sufficient balances in B-17 bond for hassle free EXIM operations.
Maintain error free EXIM & domestic documentation.
Providing MIS on time for Business and Commercial functions.
Supporting departments like Planning, Marketing, Program Management, Warehouse, Finance/QA-QC/R&D for inbound and outbound goods.
Qualification: M.Sc. – Chemistry / B.E / B.Tech - Chemical
Experience: 1-3 Years experience
