Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive – EdTech who is passionate about sales, counselling, and helping working professionals make the right education and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Counsel working professionals and prospective students regarding online management programs.
2. Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert prospects into admissions.
3. Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
4. Explain course details, eligibility, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.
5. Conduct counselling sessions and handle candidate queries/objections.
6. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
7. Counsel candidates visiting the office and assist them through the admission process.
8. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
9. Coordinate with internal teams/branches for smooth admission processing.
10. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales/admission targets.
11. Prepare and submit required admission cancellation reports and documents.
What We’re Looking For
1. 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Counselling / Admissions.
2. EdTech / Education / Online Education sales experience preferred.
3. MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
4. Excellent communication and convincing skills.
5. English, Hindi & Marathi – Mandatory.
6. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
7. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
8. Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Salary & Incentives
