Role Description The Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Indore Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team performance, coordinating workflows, and ensuring projects and operational tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. The Manager will allocate resources, set priorities, and monitor key performance indicators to support business goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving operational issues, and communicating updates and recommendations to senior leadership. The Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support staff development through coaching and feedback, and help maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in people management, including team leadership, performance oversight, and coaching.
Experience in operations or project management, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms).
Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements to processes and workflows.
Proven organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Indore Area and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred; experience in a growth-focused organization is beneficial.
