GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Webgross Solutions is a digital marketing, web development, branding, and creative agency working with multiple brands across different industries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs for digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, stories, reels, and digital marketing creatives.
Develop designs based on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client requirements.
Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, and Client Servicing teams.
Create multiple design concepts and adapt creatives according to feedback.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, layouts, and visual language.
Design creatives for different industries and brands, adapting to different tones and audiences.
Assist in developing campaign concepts, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual content trends.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising design quality.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
Good understanding of Instagram and other social media creative formats.
Ability to understand a brief and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to take feedback.
Ability to work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Good communication and time-management skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to experiment with different design styles.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency will be preferred.
