Director of Product Management

About the Role:-
We are looking for a Builder-at-Heart to lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of our core digital platform capabilities. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Leader to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Platform Product portfolio.
You will define and drive the vision for the platforms, services, and foundational capabilities that power our digital products and customer experiences. This includes building scalable, reusable, reliable, and future-ready capabilities that enable multiple product teams and business journeys. You are equally comfortable discussing long-term platform strategy with senior leadership and diving deep into APIs, system architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies with engineering teams.
This role requires a rare combination of product thinking, technical depth, platform mindset, organizational influence, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Define and Drive the Platform North Star Own the long-term product vision and strategy for the platform ecosystem. You will define how our core platforms and shared capabilities evolve to support current and future business needs while enabling faster, more scalable, and more consistent product development across the organization.
2. Own the Platform Product Strategy and Roadmap Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for key platform capabilities. Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, Security, and business stakeholders to identify platform investments that create the highest long-term organizational value.
3. Drive Platform Modernization and Architectural Evolution Lead the evolution of fragmented and legacy technology ecosystems toward modern, scalable, modular, and high-performing platforms. Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to shape the product direction of major technical transformation initiatives.
4. Bring Strong Technical Product Depth We need a product leader who genuinely enjoys understanding how things work under the hood. You are not expected to code, but you should be comfortable engaging deeply in technical discussions involving.
5. Lead Complex, Cross-Organization Initiatives Platform products sit at the center of multiple teams, products, and business priorities. You will lead highly complex, organization-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
6. Build and Scale a World-Class Product Organization You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing platform product organization.
7. Drive Multi-Geo Stakeholder Alignment Work closely with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones. You will need to build alignment across diverse perspectives while maintaining speed and clarity of execution. Ideal Candidate Profile Platform and
Product Leadership Experience:-
10–15+ years of overall product management experience, depending on the level being hired.
Significant experience leading platform, infrastructure, ecosystem, or highly technical product portfolios.
Experience managing and developing Product Managers and/or Product Leaders.
Proven experience defining and executing long-term product strategy
Experience working on products that operate at significant scale and complexity.
Strategic and Systems Thinking
Demonstrated success working across global and mulS-cultural environments.
